potato w/cheese. wanted to get some of the venison ones the deli in H-Town had, but I had enough stuff as it was and Wigilia is meatless anyway.

my place still smells like onions and butter. my grandma used to prepare them with an insane amount of butter. I don’t use near as much.

This is the big dish for our Wigilia. My grandma’s old recipe for mushroom soup using boroicki mushrooms. Plenty of various pierogi’s we’re consumed this evening as well....

And they can never be anything but fresh picked wild mushrooms either. Store bought will not do.
